From Volume 36, 2025, Prof Zsa-Zsa Boggenpoel is the editor of the Stellenbosch Law Review.
Prof Boggenpoel lectures both Property Law 278 and Advanced Property Law 457 at Stellenbosch University (SU) since 2011. Her area of research interest includes a range of topics in the field of property law. She completed her LLD in 2010 with a dissertation entitled ‘Building encroachments and compulsory transfer of ownership’.
She currently specialises in Property law, Constitutional Property law and Property theory.
