Dr Nzumbululo Silas Siphuma (LLB (NWU) LLM (Stell) LLD (Stell))

Dr Siphuma holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from North-West University (NWU), a Master of Laws (LLM) in Constitutional Property Law and Contract Law, and a Doctor of Laws (LLD) in Property Law, both from Stellenbosch University. Before his admission as an advocate and joining the bar in December 2024, Dr Siphuma held various positions, including Acting Head of the Department of Jurisprudence at Unisa College of Law, Chief-Classifier at the Film and Publication Board (FPB), Senior Lecturer for Private International Law at Unisa, Enforcement Committee member at FPB, and Legal Researcher at Stellenbosch University. His practice covers a broad range of areas in commercial and property law, contract law, telecommunications law, and constitutional property law.
