As from 2020, Prof Juana Coetzee is the managing editor of the Stellenbosch Law Review. Prof Coetzee is an associate professor in Mercantile Law at the Faculty of Law, Stellenbosch University. She graduated from Stellenbosch University with the degrees BA, LLB, LLM and LLD. Her research and teaching focus mainly on international sales law, Incoterms® and aspects of electronic commerce, and she has published extensively on these topics both locally and abroad. Before entering academia, she practiced as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
